Performance Management in practice
Our work with Performance Management takes place on both strategic and operational plan based on the theory that quantitative performance indicators, linked to the organisation- and units’ strategy, creating a structured and balanced management of the organisation. Performance Management is not a management tool to define a team A and B in the organisation, but rather a tool for to measure the employees and the individual units’ productivity. It is crucial that the ownership is given, and accepted by employees and the personal in charge of process, in all performance management projects, rather than the top management.

Performance Management i praksis
Vores arbejde med Performance Management foregår på både strategisk og operationelt plan ud fra tesen om, at kvantitative performanceindikatorer, knyttet til organisationens og enhedens strategi, tilvejebringer en optimal styring af organisationen. Performance Management er IKKE ledelsens værktøj til at kortlægge A og B hold i organisationen, men skal derimod ses som medarbejderens og enhedernes værktøj til at måle, kortlægge og kommunikere effekten af deres hårde arbejde. Vigtigt for alle Performance Management projekter er at ejerskabet gives til og tages af medarbejdere og procesejere frem for af den overordnede ledelse. Med workshops, tavlemøder, målinger, KPI-identificering, balanced scorecards og dashboards hjælper vi organisationens medarbejdere til at tage styring over og udvikle de processer og projekter, de er en del af.
