Our individually tailored coaching and sparring process starts with you as a person, and the environment and context you will be managing.

Being a manager in an organization is associated with large investments and expectations for the performance of both the Board of Directors, management and the staff. A leader’s success depends on how the managerial potential unfolds. The leader should positively influence the culture of the organization, to ensure fulfilment of goals, accountability and the desired results. We offer to be “sounding board” and provide confidential “one-on-one” coaching and sparring. Executives are often in “solitary” decision-making processes. It is in situations lige these that the it is not possible to discuss sensitive issues with the Board, Head colleagues or other key employees. An executive course offers the discussion partners, who have experience with the most delicate decision-making and strategic challenges.

Fundamental for coaching: Potential minus Obstacles = Performance. These obstacles are very often inside that demands to be put into words. It is therefore imperative to define the powerful step to be examined in order to liberate the optimal skill. The process is often a combination of coaching and coaching with a focus on eg:

  • To diagnose the process in order to identify the real obstacles (the things that are falling apart) and up the potential for success
  • Have established the desired mode customer will be.
